Welcome to the MHBF online Preferred Provider Directory. This directory is designed to help you easily locate hospitals, physicians, pharmacies and other types of health care providers participating in the MHBF Preferred Provider Network.
Please enter a city in either the "Search In State" or "Search Out of State" box, or use the drop down arrow to scroll to the city wanted. You may then "Select by Specialty" and/or enter a provider's name in the "Search by Keywords" box. When you are finished with your selections, click the "Search" button to bring up the listing(s) requested. You may print your listing from this site.
Disclaimer: While we take great care to make sure all information is correct and complete, the network of participating providers is subject to changes from time to time. You should always verify that a provider is participating in the network before you receive services. You can do this by contacting the provider directly or by calling MHBF Customer Service at (501) 374-3484.
Credentialing of participating providers is delegated to the individual, clinic, hospital and/or contracting entity. Providers are listed solely because they have agreed to certain financial and utilization criteria.
